A Hood Account is a long-term account for a child or an adult. It holds cash and shares in large public companies.

A child unlocks at 18. An adult sets an unlock date at least 3 months away. An agent cannot withdraw before that date.

$HACT can be claimed at any time, without unlocking the savings.
